Quality policy
Assumed by the plant top management, Quality policy provides customer-oriented approach, fulfillment of clients’ requirements and expectations, takes into account the opinion of shareholders, personnel and the society in general. The instrument of successful realization of this policy is development of Quality Management System of the enterprise according to the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2008. The plant top management provides understanding and realization of the policy in the sphere of quality. Getting acquainted with the policy in the sphere of quality takes place in all the divisions of the plant and its production areas. Explanation and instruction on the subject of the quality policy to the personnel is held by divisional managers.
Quality management system certificate according to International standard ISO 9001:2008
JSC “Ekaterinburg non-ferrous metals processing plant” uses certified quality management system according to international standard ISO 9001:2008 and national standard GOST R ISO 9001-2008 in the following areas:
- services on processing of the materials containing precious metals, the result of which is manufacturing of refined metals;
- technical purpose articles production from noble metals and alloys.
International certificates on “Good Delivery” status on gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullions
Standard bullions of precious metals of a fine quality, high purity and brand are given status “Good Delivery” of London associations of precious metals market - London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) and The London Platinum and Palladium Market (LPPM). Those associations give quality certificates and make lists of enterprises classified according to metals (Good Delivery Lists) published on LBMA’s site for gold and silver and on the LPPM’s site for platinum and palladium. You can see JSC “ENFMPP” in these lists since 1999.
In 2009 in the presence of LBMA Moscow representative office inspector – Mr. Alfred H. Knight – a proactive (prediction) monitoring on production, sampling and chemical analysis of standard gold and silver bullions was held, as a result JSC “ENFMPP” received confirmation of status “Good Delivery” of London Bullion Market Association.
Analogous procedure on production, sampling and chemical analysis was taken in 2010 regarding to platinum and palladium bullions. In November 2010 JSC “ENFMPP” received an official confirmation of successful passing the tests and obtainment of new “Good Delivery” certificates given by The London Platinum and Palladium Market (LPPM).

According to LBMA (The London Bullion Market Association) Responsible Gold Guidance our company accepts the corresponding policy and declares:
“The internal control rules of anti-money laundering – combating and financing of terrorism” confirmed and agreed with the Ural state inspection of hallmark supervision (USIHS) on December 17, 20110 are in force within the company.
The given “Rules” were introduced into the structure of the Quality management system of the company by the corresponding order from 11/01/211 and comply with the company internal standard “QMS document and record management”. By the same order a range employees concerned with purchase and precious metal processing were imposed with the duties for proper observance of the regulations of the Rules.
Transactions and operations with precious metals as well as their suppliers are monitored by company security service.”
